Good Morning 4th graders!

After watching a video called, Kid President 20 Things You Say More Often students worked in groups thinking of words they could say more often!
As we build a strong classroom foundation of feeling safe and comfortable we learned about how to be Bucket Fillers and not bucket Dippers! Ask your child what a Bucket Filler is!

Happy Valentines Day!
Thank you to all parents who helped us to have a great afternoon!
Hug a loved one and enjoy some time with your family!

Thank you Maddie for your generous gift to all of us! Everyone loved their pillow pets! :)

Government Systems Graffiti Boards
Each group of students had to create a poster Graffiti board that included 5 facts they learned about the Government nationally and locally and how it worked. Then they presented their final product to the class.

Susan B. Anthony House Field Trip

Students were put into groups to and using their knowledge about the Women's Suffrage Movement to create a campaign slogan to help advocate for Women's Suffrage.
Here the students practiced marching and petitioning in support of changing laws to help create equality among women and men.

So proud of the creativity of this class and taking the knowledge they already have and pretending they are living like the citizens did on the 1800's.
